"Site" , "website" means the Listourhome.com.au website.
2. Service provided by Listourhome.com.au
2.1 Listourhome.com.au does not provide any goods or services for jobs listed on this website. This site acts as a Directory and referral service to match users Listing requests with Real Estate Agent service providers. Listourhome.com.au is a facilitator in this process only and the user and service provider acknowledge and agree that Listourhome.com.au is not party to any dealings between the user and service provider. Listourhome.com.au or PEZJANDL Pty Ltd is not responsible for any dealings between the user and service provider.
2.2 Listourhome.com.au will attempt to notify listed service providers of new Listings on this site. Listourhome.com.au does not guarantee that any listings, listed by the user will result in any quotes or contact with any listed service providers.
2.3 It is free for a user to post job leads on this site .
2.4 Listourhome.com.au charge a fee to registered Business service providers to quote on listed jobs and gain access to users contact details and to list their business details upon the Directory.
3. Terms of use - User Listing a Job
"You" means the user of this website.
3.1 You agree that you are genuinely interested in obtaining quotes from Real Estate Agents in regards to selling or renting a property that you own.
3.2 You understand that you may not receive any quotes.
3.3 You agree not to post any offensive material.
3.4 You agree to provide your correct and accurate contact details and provide accurate information in your job lead posted on this site.
3.5 You give consent for Listourhome.com.au to pass on your contact details to any registered interested service providers for the purpose of providing quotes to you.
3.6 You agree that Listourhome.com.au may remove or edit any listings by you on this site or any other feedback you may post on this site.
3.7 You agree that it is your duty to establish the suitability, check for licenses, insurances etc... of the service provider in relation to the services required by you before engaging any provider you may choose.
3.8 You agree to receive emails from the Listourhome.com.au website.

"You" means the Real Estate Agent or Service Provider
5.1 To use our site and receive Listings you must first register and sign up online through our site. To Obtain the listings contact details must pay a fee in advance to obtain the customers contact details.
5.2 It is the service providers responsibility to ensure that all information they provide us is true and correct.
5.3 The service provider agrees that Listourhome.com.au may refuse, remove any service providers listing or advertisement at any time from the Listourhome.com.au website.
5.4 It is the service providers responsibility to ensure the security and confidentiality of their own password .
5.5 Listourhome.com.au charge a fee to service providers to buy job leads contact details.
5.6 You agree and understand that there are no refunds are given once a lead has been purchased or any payments have been made from the Listourhome.com.au website unless the lead has proven to be a spam/false posted lead by administration of listourhome.
5.7 Listourhome.com.au does not guarantee that any listings or quotes given by the service provider will result in a positive sale to you.
5.8 You understand that all listings are passed on to multiple service providers and that by submitting a quote does not guarantee a sale to you.
5.9 You agree to accept emails from Listourhome.com.au for the purpose of lead notification and any other notices.
5.10 You agree and understand that the Listourhome.com.au website is also used as a business directory listing website and makes no guarantee that you will receive any job leads.
5.11 Listourhome.com.au reserves the right to edit or remove any feedback posted on this site.
5.12 You agree and understand that List Our Home cannot guarantee that any listings posted on our website will be 100% accurate with customers contact details or customers phone number, or that customers job listings are actively looking for service providers. List Our Home takes a number of steps to verify listings details before being listed on the Listourhome.com.au website. Customers posting a job must first click a email link to verify their email address, listing details are then reviewed before being listed on the List Our Home website. Should a lead be found to be spam listed job you need to notify us within 7 days for any refund requests. We cannot make any refunds to you if you fail to notify us within 7 days of the date in which you purchased the lead.
Indemnification.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Listourhome.com.au, and its agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Listourhome.com.auwebsite, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
